How do we book you?

To reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and 50% retainer are required. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding.

Do you travel?

Yes! Flamante Films is based in Austin, Texas, but we’re available for weddings all over Texas and beyond.

Do you offer drone footage?

Yes, drone footage is included when weather, location, venue restrictions, and FAA regulations allow.

How long are the videos?

Our highlight films are usually between 4–8 minutes depending on the package and the wedding day itself.

We also include a Feature Film, which contains full moments like the ceremony, speeches, and other important parts of the day.

What is a Feature Film?

The Feature Film is the longer version of your wedding film. It includes key moments in full length like:
ceremony
vows
speeches
dances
special traditions
This allows you to relive the day as it actually happened.

Do you deliver RAW footage?

Yes. RAW footage is available as an add-on option for couples who would like access to all the original footage straight out of the camera.

How long does delivery take?

Teasers are usually delivered within about 2 weeks. Final videos are typically delivered within 7–10 weeks depending on the season.

How many hours of coverage do we need?

Most couples choose 8 hours because it allows enough time to fully capture the story of the day without rushing.
We usually recommend:
6 hours for smaller weddings or tighter timelines
8 hours for a more complete wedding story

Do you offer custom coverage?

Yes! Additional hours can always be added depending on your wedding timeline and vision.

Do you work with multiple videographers?

Yes. We offer both one and two videographer packages.

Having two videographers creates more flexibility throughout the day and allows more moments, reactions, and interactions to be captured at the same time.

Who will actually film our wedding?

Flamante Films is a small team, and every wedding is filmed by Andrés or one of our trusted cinematographers who has been carefully selected and trained to match the Flamante Films style.

We intentionally keep our calendar limited and never film more than two weddings in a single day. This allows us to stay involved in every project and maintain the quality and experience our couples expect.

We’re not a high-volume studio that books as many weddings as possible or sends random videographers. Every film goes through the same creative process and quality standards that have defined Flamante Films from the beginning.

Do you work well with photographers and planners?

Absolutely. We love working closely with photographers, planners, DJs, and vendors to help create a smooth and stress-free wedding day.
